Aaron
 I
was born in Newark, New Jersey on March 13, 1960. Born one
of six children and living with a single mother I went to
work very early in my childhood. Before I could drive I was
working in a restaurant. I have been in the kitchen ever since.
I have
worked in everything from a local pub to a 5 star resort.
I have won 7 gold medals in competition. My dream has always
been to have my own place. I am happy to share it with everyone
that comes through my door. I want every person, whether it
is someone that visits once a day or once a month, to leave
with a smile on their face.
I have
three sons: Aaron Rocco II, Nikola Michael and Giancarlo.
I hope to one day have a place in each of their honor.
